How the calculations work
Total days is exact: each calendar day between the two dates is counted, including leap days.
Weeks, months and years are derived from the total days: weeks = days ÷ 7, months ≈ days ÷ 30.4375, years ≈ days ÷ 365.25. These are approximate for display; the day count is authoritative.
Working days counts only Monday–Friday. It does not exclude public holidays because holidays vary by country and region.

What if the start date is after the end date?
